I’m Phuong Trang — a Chestermere-based Realtor who believes real estate is about people, not just properties.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent years flipping homes across Calgary and Chestermere — even working on two apartment buildings with 26 and 24 units. That hands-on experience taught me how homes are built, what adds value, and how to spot potential issues before they become problems.

Flipping houses also gave me the chance to live in many Calgary neighbourhoods, giving me real insight into the city’s communities and lifestyle. After more than 20 years in Chestermere, I’m proud to use that local knowledge to help my clients buy or sell with confidence.

I also run the 3R Bicycle Program, which focuses on recycling, repairing, and reusing bikes for those in need — a small way I give back to the community I love.
