Sometimes patience pays off

Sometimes patience pays off

Real estate is a funny business.

We were on the market for 60 days. Three open houses brought only 2 visitors, and we had just one private showing. That one showing turned into a cash buyer with no conditions.

I’ll be honest — my seller was getting nervous. And I understood why. When there’s very little activity, it’s easy to start questioning everything.

But I knew this wasn’t a home for everyone. With its unique one-bedroom main-floor layout, it needed a very specific buyer. I believed the right person would eventually walk through the door.

And they did.

Sometimes the market is quiet… right up until it isn’t.

The lesson? Trust the process, trust the strategy, and most importantly, trust the right buyer will come along.

Congratulations to my seller!

Thinking about buying or selling? Not sure what your home is worth or how your property would perform in today’s market?
