A couple from BC was able to fly into town Friday night, buy a home over the long weekend and fly home Monday night. From showing to signing the paperwork, it took less than 24 hours, but the prep took more than a week.

The seller did not have to go through the whole listing process of getting the house ready to list, constantly keeping the house clean, leaving the house every time there’s a showing, waiting for a buyer, negotiating to no ends. The whole process took less than 24 hours.
